Shipping Policy

Studio hours

I'm generally working Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How long until my order ships?

Every piece I make is packed with care, and orders typically leave my studio within 5 business days of purchase. Since each artwork is one of a kind, I like to take the time to wrap it properly so it arrives safe and sound!

Incorrect shipping address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned to me because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, you'll be responsible for covering the cost to have it reshipped.

Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages

Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, it's officially out of my hands, so I'm not able to take responsibility for packages that get lost, stolen, or go missing along the way. If this happens, the carrier will have the most up-to-date tracking details, so please get in touch with them directly to file a missing package claim or request an investigation. I'm always happy to help where I can, but the carrier will be able to resolve this much faster than I could!

Delays

While I always aim to ship on time, occasional delays can happen due to holidays, weather, or high order volume. I appreciate your patience if this happens!

International orders

I'm working on expanding shipping to more countries little by little, so if your country isn't available at checkout yet, please bear with me , new locations are being added over time!
