Everything you need to know before creating your custom pet portrait!
Custom portraits are created throughout the month and all orders are shipped together at the end of the month or at the beginning of the following month. This allows me to take my time creating and carefully packaging every portrait.
Yes! There are 50 commission slots available each month. Once all 50 slots are taken, commissions will close until the next month.
Because each portrait is a personalized, made to order artwork created specifically for you, custom commissions are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
Please make sure all your choices, photos and requests are correct before submitting your order. Since your portrait is created based on the details you provide, changes cannot be made once the artwork has been started.
Of course! You can include your pet’s name, favorite colors and any special requests when placing your order. I’ll do my best to incorporate them while keeping the artwork within your chosen style and options.

Once your order is placed, I’ll receive all the information and photos you provided and use them to create your custom portrait. Your artwork will then be shipped together with the other commissions from that month.
