Refund Policy

We want you to love your piece! Since every artwork is an original, handmade creation, here's how returns work:

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the artwork must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at strawiart@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and contact us immediately if the artwork arrives damaged or if something isn't right. We'll do our best to make it right.

Exceptions
Because each piece is a one of a kind original, please note that once a piece is sold, it cannot be recreated. We're unable to accept returns on items purchased on sale.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take a bit longer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at strawiart@gmail.com
